The Challenge

Willerby Holiday Homes produce a new holiday home every twenty minutes. So the fixtures and fittings have to be in place, ready for assembly, at exactly the right time – there is no margin for error.

However, as ranges and specifications of holiday homes change constantly, it is not economically viable for manufacturers to build stocks. So Willerby Holiday Homes needed a furniture supplier/partner that could offer a rapid response service.

The Solution

Just in time delivery

Utilising our in-house stocks and resources we created a bespoke, rapid response processing, manufacturing and delivery service.

This includes a tailor-made, palletised dispatch system, which enables specific products to be pre-bundled into cages. These cages are then delivered at a set time, where they can be wheeled directly to the Willerby production-line and fit seamlessly into the manufacturing operation.
